Transparency
Transparency is a relatively new buzzword, but it does actually stand for something. At Optical Solutions, that phrase represents an open door, an environment open for discussion, and in the modern 'no privacy' universe, a way to share information that is ultimately beneficial to the client without the client having to fish it out of that universe.
Innovation
On his epic cross-country run, Forrest Gump came up with more innovative ideas than most Stanford alumni can invent in their entire tenure at the University.
Sometimes innovation can come from the most ridiculous ideas and at the most ridiculous times, but it's still innovation.
At other times, innovation can come from travel, looking at old cultures, and deriving a better protocol for an old concept, Starbucks Coffee Shops and Uber Technologies are two examples of business models which had long existed before technology and modern culture refined their business models.
At Optical Solutions, all ideas are supported, respected, and accepted as valid; though not all can be implemented, we will still give equal time and ears to all those who have a true vision of something that can be done better.
Compassion
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Respect
Without respect, any relationship is doomed. In the business world, the lack or absence of respect can often lead to confusion, lack of productivity, or even no productivity. Respect can be viewed as acceptance; in our tiny planet, that respect can often mean going back to the basics, looking to ancient principles and ancient cultures to gain an understanding of what it takes to be 'respectful.'’
It often means respecting not only the employer/client but also the employee. It means being human in a fast-changing chaotic, somewhat chaotic world.
That respect can mean a better working environment for the latter, and it can mean better, most robust products for the client. It means listening to all parties and being attuned to their needs to achieve the ultimate balance.
